I had blood work done, and tested positive on the ana screen ifa w/ refl titer and pattern. with nuclear, dense fine speckled pattern. ana titer 1:320 h . no follow up until the 12th , and i'm panicking. seeing lupus on google ??

Positive ANA with 1:320 titer is truly positive but it does not mean you have lupus, especially with that pattern. You should let us know the reason why you had this serology test done. Do not panic, ANA antibody is not specific to any specific auto-immune disease, just follow up with your doctor for further information.
