All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it appears that you have an auto-immune disorder for which you are taking Humira. If that is the case a positive ANA at 1:40 is not meaningful. Wish you good health!
