I had an ana ifa screen w/reflex to titer and pattern blood test & the results were a homogeneous pattern is associated with systemic lupus erythematosus, drug-induced lupus. is there a way to prove it is not drug-induced lupus? i take no medications?

Anti histone antibody is classically associated with drug induced lupus. Another question would be - what are the signs and symptoms suggesting lupus? Most ANA are not significant. Figures from 5-10% of the general population show positive lupus testing. Most will never go on to lupus, fortunately.
