Ana ifa screen test= results were ana screen, ifa positive & ana titer 1:160 & screening detecting the presence of 150 autoantibodies in various autoimmune diseases, ana patterns (roq)= normal, would it be systemic lupus or drug-induced lupus?

Autoimmune conditions are not diagnosed on labs alone. The whole clinical picture must be taken into account. It is not unusual to have a positive ANA and no defined autoimmune illness. You need to follow up with the doctor who ordered your tests for next steps.
