Connective tissue dz: This finding show that you have some kind of connective tissue disease and could be lupus. But you should discuss with your pcp and make further plan for treatment.

I had an ANA IFA screen w/Reflex to titer and pattern blood test & the results were a Homogeneous pattern is associated with systemic lupus erythematosus, drug-induced lupus. is there a way to prove it is not drug-induced lupus? I take no medications?
Can Diltiazem cause a lupus titer of 1:320? I also have positive ana and homogeneous pattern. All other blood test were normal.
