My glucose level before dinner(9pm) was 114 i ate sandwich & took janumet as usual. but at 6:30am my glucose level was 69. why this happened while usually no(maybe it happened 2 times before but from a while)?

Unless you are symptomatic with glycemia of 69, this AM fasting glycemia is still good, not considered hypoglycemia. The variation may be due to the calories of your dinner and the variation of glucometer.
