That means your glycemia is not optimally controlled so you need to lower your dinner's carbohydrate content then taking the Janumet as usual. The next day, you should pay attention to the carbohydrate content in your breaksfast and dinner so the glycemia before tomorrow dinner won't be that high.

Keep a food diary use app Cronometer and find where calorie are coming from. Adjust food/janumet with Dr. to get premeal glucose to where it should be for you.
