Im taking janumet (sitagliptin and metformin) for diabetes and my sugar level is still high what do i need to do?

See doctor: You need to follow up with doctor so your doctor can increase the dosage of present medicaton or change to the combination med such as janumet instead of just januvia (sitagliptin).

See your doctor: You need to reevaluate your diet and exercise routine. See your doctor for readjustment of your drug regimen. Depends on how out of control you are, you might need an additional med or injection. Once things improve, your doctor can titrate down again.
