6:45am bg:66 knowing that i ate as usual at night&didn't exercise. from the moment i switch kombiglyze to janumet i starting having hypoglycemia sometimes while it is normal & spikes othertimes,i don't remember having hypoglycemia with kombiglyze.why?

How did you take these medications? If the frequency is the same, you are probably sensitive to sitagliptin (a component of janumet) than saxagliptin (a component of kombiglyze). If you take long acting kombiglyze one a day in the morning but taking short acting janumet, twice a day which can be the reason for hypoglycemia in the morning.
