A small, simple cyst rarely causes any symptom. I have taken care patients with multiple simple cysts and they can be as big as 8-10 cm but most were incidentally detected, hardly symptomatic at all. It is just your feeling, you should neglect it. However, if the cyst is very big and symptomatic, CT guided cyst aspiration can be done.

In the majority of cases simple renal cysts specially small ones, do not cause any symptoms and are discovered incident to a study done for something else. Your symptoms are probably from worry. Relax you will be fine.
