Ir seems you have asked this question before with a different content. A small cyst of 5 mm can be missed by both US and CT scan. If CT with contrast repeatedly showed a low density lesion I would say that lesion is a cyst but ultrasound can miss it. At 36 years old, a tiny cyst in the kidney is common, you have nothing to worry. I wonder what the reason you have these imaging tests done?

An MRI would be more helpful in differentiating a benign from a malignant lesion. Would this make further CT scans unnecessary. Discuss with your nephrologist.
