What are possible causes of all-day dull aching pain around one testicle and in the lower groin, when physical exam, ultrasound and urinalysis tests over 1 month ago showed no irregularities? would getting tests done again now be beneficial?

No. Sometimes position of testis and epidid can cause this pl. wear a good scrotal support and you will be OK.
