Ache in both testicles, loss of appetite and ache in groin. ultra sound booked for monday. i am terrified it could be testicular cancer. any advice?

Evaluation: keep appointment for ultra sound and follow up with your doctor to find the cause so be treated, most likely it could be infection.

Don't freak out yet: Testicular cancer in both testicles simultaneously is not very common. Testis pain is also not the only symptom of testicular cancer. Making sure you have been checking the feel and consistency of the testicles are very important. If the one or both testicles are much harder than usual, it might be of more concern, however, an US is the definitive way to figure it out.
