Pelvis back pain: What did US see ? If related to eating may be GI. If near stomach may be gastritis, w/ or w/o H pylori Ranitidine helps gastritis; H pylori needs antibiotics. Blood in stool ? Diarrhea stool? If lower may be diverticulosis/ litis , inflammatory bowel- need CT or colonoscopy, or may be food intolerances- gluten, soy, milk-rarely vaginitis/ ovary can cause pain . f/u/ w/ doc
