Are there any non-testicle causes for pain behind a testicle, at the top of scrotal sack, and in the pelvis in rear? have done urinalysis and testicle ultrasound, both which show no irregularities, and nsaids are not helping?

Tests should have been preceded by a good exam which would have given your MD a clue as to the cause. Without co-relation with those tests are useless. There can be many causes e. g. hernias, , strains and others. Have your MD give you some idea after examining you.
