Patient with permanent foley catheter for neurogenic bladder frequently suffers from recurrent bladder infection with resistant organism(s) because you were treated for UTI frequently in the past. Your symptoms persist for a few days with antibiotic and presumably pyridium (?) for pain so likely the current antibiotic is ineffective. You need a urine culture, stronger abx, new catheter and fluid.

You need to see a Urologist and be switched from indwelling cath to intermittent self-catheterization (which is easy). Get old catheter removed, drink plenty of water. For pain have your Urologist Rx something till you get better. Hope you feel better.
