Several reasons: Pressure comes if you wait too long to pass urine. Also, not drinking enough water. A prolapse of the bladder or uterus can cause pressure. Just having a UTI causes the sensation you have to go when you don't.

Consider stress : Stress or anxiety can trigger sensation of need to urinate frequency and goes along with symptom free nights. U took antibiotics for a UTI & some utis are resistant to prescribed antibiotics. So it's worthwhile getting a urine test if you continue to have urinary symptoms, in case you still have a persistent or recurrent uti. Good luck.
