"Lesion" only means an abnormal spot of some kind, no matter where in the body. There are several possible causes of kidney lesions that might show up on an Xray, CT scan or MRI, and no way to even guess without a lot more information about symptoms, why testing was done, etc. Discuss with the doctor who ordered the test(s). Good luck.
