No: Sciatic nerve pain is a separate issue from kidney stone pain although sometimes they are confused. If the pain radiated down into your leg, most likely, the pain is not from a kidney stone.

Not Generally: Flank or back pain is. If that stirs up any spasm in the back, it could possibly bring on some radiating symptoms into the leg but that would be uncommon. You need to discuss with your doctor as this is not typical.
