Scared and ready to give up on life! ! i am 37 and told through ct scan w/ contrast that i have a "low density" 5 mm lesion on my kidney that they believe is a cyst but too small to characterize. ultrasound afterwards saw nothing. what does this mean?

US may miss that small cyst. It is not uncommon that a small, simple cyst is detected in one of your kidneys at your age. You have nothing to concern. Good luck!
