Bought step tracker watch that also tracks sleep. says i get about 3 hrs deep sleep and 4 hrs light sleep, give or take, is this enough? i tend to fall asleep around midnight and wake 7am, while waking up in b/w for 5 min or so. feel bit tired in am?

You might want to read any instructions that came with your sleep tracker to see what they say about light and deep sleep. Normal sleep consists of both, and the amounts you mention sound reasonable. If you are still tired upon waking after 7 hours, try gradually inching back the time you go to sleep, to allow you an extra hour or so overall.
