Cant go back 2 sleep: It is likely that at 4am, you're having a hard time quieting your mind, try some relaxation to fall back asleep (visualization, music, etc). Create a consistent wake time and avoid naps. Go to bed only when you are tired. If you can't fall asleep within 20 mins, get out of bed until you're tired again. Avoid substances that impact sleep, like alcohol.
