Sleep Problems: First please get a complete physical exam from a Medical Dr. to find out if there is an underlying medical illness. If not, then it would be good to consult with a Clinical Psychologist to learn the reason for your anxiety and get help for it, additionally maybe a referral for a sleep study and/or medication
