Possibly: Zyprexa (olanzapine) is usually sedating for a lot of people and should help with falling asleep. However, the light from screens (TV, computer, etc.) can be stimulating and make it more difficult to sleep. Try turning of all screens at least 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep and see if that helps.

Sleep & TV: Frequently see situations where sleep changes not well tracked and factors easily overlooked. So you might look at what was going through your mind, last time and amount of caffeine and the like. I highly suggest at least an hour without blue light screen before bed. Research says make sure you have a set wakeup time and don't vary it, that that is most effective. All the best!
