No, these do not cause epididymitis. But maybe that's not what you have. For example, if both testicles are achy or uncomfortable, almost certainly it's something else (these symptoms CAN be a sign of anxiety or stress). True epididymis almost always involves only one testicle, which becomes quite enlarged, hard, and tender to touch. If you have anything like that, get medical care ASAP.
