If bubbles pass WITH urine and this persists you need to see a Urologist. If not follow your doc's advice. Let her/him know of your other complaints Pushing a doc for test or treatment is not a good practice. If you dont test their judgement seek another

Your eGFR is ABNORMAL for your age but you do not provide your weight and height so I can't tell if your true eGFR is more or less than 60 cc/min. You should have urinalysis done and urine albumin/creatinine just to make sure foamy urine (bubbles in urine) is not due to heavy albuminuria. If urine test confirms albuminuria, see a nephrologist. Kidney disease is most often indolent, unfortunately.
