Not serious probably: I assume had testicular pain if entertained diagnosis of epididymitis. Ultrasound usually can identify epididymitis by increased blood flow and size to the gland. It sounds that with negative ultrasound and blood tests and if normal physical exam most serious conditions have been excluded. If symptoms persist seek additional medical help.
