A member asked:

I think i have chronic epididymitis or chronic epididymitis how will it be diagnosed by blood test, ultrasound, urine tests? if the epididymitis has weakened, the problem may not appear on the exams and it may appear another day?

It is not easy to diagnose chronic epididymitis especially the noninfectious cases. Weakened epididymitis is not a correct term but you probably meant a chronic inflammed epididymitis and the tenderness or swelling only presents during exacerbation. You should see a urologist so chronic infection needs to be ruled out first because the treatment is different.
