Flecainide 50 bid, bisoprolol 10 qd.recently switched from carvedilol 12.5 bid to bisoprolol 10 mg once daily. resting hr so far seems lower now. is it ok for your resting hr to be in the mid forties with a beta blocker if you feel good?

I answered your question previously regarding the effect of these 2 beta blockers on heart rate. Athletes have the heart rate in the 40s but they are fine because they have excellent stroke volume so cardiac output is maintained well and their heart rate increases efficiently with exercise. With beta blocker use, most doctors are more comfortable with the heart rate in the 50s but not below 50.
