I had afib and had a ablation and now have left atrium tachacardia, now they want to do another ablation. i am on coreg (carvedilol) and flecainide. what to do?

Choices: If your heart rate is controlled and you don't have symptoms of palpitations or shortness of breath,and if you're willing to take an anticoagulant like warfarin, you can get by without another ablative procedure. However it's best to follow the advice of your cardiologist who knows all your case.
