It is likely coincidental, especially if you have underlying diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, etc. It is quite rare that Covid-19 mRNA vaccine causes side effects after 2 weeks. I believe we won't need another booster in the New Year. Good luck to you in 2022.
