Can diltiazem, flecainide and carvedilol all be taken together safely for paroxysmal afib?

Flecainide is used to convert parox a. fib to normal rhythm and diltiazem and carvedilol are used to slow down your heart rate and lower blood pressure. They can be used together but you need to monitor your heart rate. If heart rate is less than 50, either cardizem or carvedilol has to be held or dose is reduced. This is just a general advice, you should communicate with your cardiologist.

Relatively commonly used drugs for a fib. Tight follow up will be needed with your cardiologist as slight adjustments may be needed in doses along the way.
