I assume your 12 lead EKG was also perfectly normal with respect to all the intervals and morphology of QRS & ST segments and you didn't have very frequent PVC's or multifocal ones. You have no history of fainting or family history of sudden deaths. All these are important in your assessment of the short run of V Tach. Consulting a cardiologist electrophysiologist would give you peace of mind

In medicine, anything can be possible. You definitely have certain symptoms which are called for holter monitoring. Normal echo and treadmill do not rule out problem with heart rhythm. A 6 beat V. tachycardia is not dangerous but I do not take it lightly if you have had symptoms which could be consistent with cardiac arrhythmia. Please follow closely with your cardiologist, you may need an EP.
