Was at er on cardiac monitor. could non sustained vtach come up by accident if i was moving around and squishing the leads. my hr wasnt even over 105?

It is highly likely: that the monitor was inaccurate. Even if it was accurate, unsustained VT in the presence of a normal heart is not worrisome at all. Discuss this with your health care professional if you are overly concerned about it. If you have a record of what is being called unsustained VT show it to a cardiologist or electrophysiologist for analysis. I'll bet it is artifact.
