Had a normal echo with mild regurgitation in one of my valves, then had a holter monitor that had 1 run of vtach for 5 beats. should i be concerned?

How long was the Holter monitor in place for? In general, one 5-beat run of Vtach, especially if it occurred without symptoms, is not worrisome. But, you should have all your test results reviewed by the cardiologist who ordered the tests in the first place since that doctor knows you best and knows your clinical situation. It also will depend on which valve has regurgitation. Good luck!
