Your Cardiologists knows all of your details and is an expert in PVCs and SVT. Listen to he/she. You can also go to uptodate.com and spend some $ to read all about it then discuss again with your team. Or get a second opinion from another local Cardiologist.

Even if you have no structural heart disease and monitoring showed no high grade or serious arrythmias, you appear to be symptomatic from your supraventricular irritability and I think treatment with a cardioselective beta blocker would be reasonable. I still believe in not only avoiding alcohol, but also avoiding caffeine . As has been mentioned, get a 2nd opinion or call the one you've seen.
