Nsvt on two week holter monitor. the most being 5beats at 254 bpm. pvcs 3/day average pace 1/day average. recent echo revealed normal left and right ventricles. stress test normal response to excercize with no st changes. should i worry about nsvt?

I assume you only had one run of v tach ( 5 beats) but the rest of the ventricular irritability consisted of a few single unifocal PVCs. I assume your resting EKG showed no QT prolongation or Brugada pattern& there's no family history of unexplained fainting or sudden death. Your prognosis is quite good but if you want complete peace of mind, consult a cardiac electrophysiologist for an opinion.
