Should i be concerned? 62/f just finished a 21 day cardiac event monitor for pvcs. echo, nm stress and lab tests seem okay. the event monitor showed 6.76% ve over 7 days, 2 episodes of 4 beat psvt and one run of 5 beat vt. 11 min trigeminy no afib?

I can only exercise for 2 min before my heart is beating out of my chest, palps, nausea, chest pain. Gets better if I rest. Watch & Kardia show afib every time I exercise. Dr not concerned about pacs/pvcs on 30 day monitor. Will stress test help?

NSVT on two week holter monitor. The most being 5beats at 254 bpm. PVCs 3/day average Pace 1/day average. Recent echo revealed normal left and right ventricles. Stress test normal response to excercize with no st changes. Should I worry about nsvt?
