Would normal ekgs, chest x-ray, 7 day event monitor, echo and treadmill stress test rule out worried for cardiac arrest or heart failure? have pvcs in runs of bigeminy, trigeminy, and svt sometimes lately. 2% burden?

It sounds to me like the testing has made the diagnosis of you being worried about cardiac arrest or heart failure with out good cause, but I have not had the benefit of seeing/talking to you. Work with your local team to take steps to treat this cardiac anxiety. I do not know what 2% burden means in Seattle. I assume you have tried stopping various things that cause PVCs. If not try that.
