Hi doctors. I went to the urologist and he found a "bump" on my prostate. I am scheduled for biopsy. My PSA is 1.32 on March 13th of this year...does this PSA score work in favor or against a cancer diagnosis? I have BPH and frequent urination night?

I have extreme frequent urination especially at night, but the urination itself seems regular..no weakness to start, no weak stream, no pain, just extreme frequency especially at night. Could this possibly be elevated PSA or prostate cancer or BPH?
