For your low vitamin D level, I would suggest a daily dose of 5,000 IU (125 mg) of D3 for one month and then 2,000 IU (50 mg) of D3 daily thereafter, and recheck level in 3 months. If it is above 30, the level is appropriate especially you have dark skin. For borderline low ferritin and if you have iron deficiency anemia, treat the cause of anemia, e.g. heavy period, as the source of iron loss.

Agree with Dr. Le. You may take 60 mg of iron daily as iron deficiency is quite common in women due to menstrual blood loss. It would help to take a multivitamin as well. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines.
