https://www.aafp.org/afp/2011/0315/p719.html Hgb of 7-8 is the current level at which transfusion is considered, especially if you have. symptoms dizzy, fatigue. You should have an evaluation as to why you HCT is so low- fibroids, uterine bleeding ? rectal bleeding ( colonoscopy?), gluten intolerance or celiac disease, other bleeding . You will also need Vit D replacement. F/U w/ MD

You do not need blood transfusion, However you need multiple nutritional supplements, e.g., iron, multivitamins, Vitamin D and may be more. Lab test results need to be evaluated in the clinical context and you should discuss it with the doctor who ordered these tests. If you have heavy periods, consult your gynecologist as well. Wish you good health!
