My feet are always cold. i dont have raynauds, all blood tests came back fine for iron, ferritin, etc. i take vitamin c for iron absorption. if i dont wear socks, my toes will turn purple. ive had this all of my life. hands get cold too. advice?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Regular aerobic exercise may help. Start your day with 30 minutes of exercise at an intensity that is easily tolerated. It may take three months or so to see the full effect. If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor.
