Follow it: Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either side. Your serum ferritin is low-ish. Labs mean nothing apart from history and physical exam; if you're anemic, consider mixed iron deficiency and chronic inflammation if it fits and seek others causes (retic count). Check stool and urine to be sure you're not losing blood; discuss your diet & monthly loss.
