Both elevated ferritin and B12 are associated with inflammation but are not specific to any type of inflammation. It may be useful to consult a rheumatologist. Wish you good health!

High ferritin and B12 levels are commonly seen with routine blood tests when we try to find the cause of anemia. I doubt their relationship with you eye problem unless the ophthalmologist diagnoses the inflammation due to a systemic disease.
