What can i do regarding sore, dry eyes in the morning? ophthalmologist diagnosed eye allergies and dry eyes. using restasis & cromolyn eye drops. artificial tears as needed and warm/cool compresses. at night i use systane gel 2 drops per eye?

As I am sure your ophthalmologist recommended, avoid any irritants in your environment … smoke, vape, chemicals, etc and, if possible, keep in a hydrated environment (humidity)

That sounds like a pretty good regimen for allergy symptoms and dry eyes. If it's working, just stick with that! If it's not, then there are other allergy and dry eye drops that can be prescribed and interventions such as punctal plugs that can be implanted. Bottom line: If your current regimen is not working, go back and see your ophthalmologist to come up with a different plan!
