This question is for an ophthalmologist my left eye starts feeling dry, mild itchiness and getting sensitive and starts tearing ( outer eye) in direct exposure to sunlight or if i browse iphone at night. no conjunctival erythema. right eye is ok?

Decreased blink: This could be from a decrease in the frequency of blinking. Try blinking when these symptoms arise.
