Although your kidney function seems normal by serum creatinine but problem with the right kidney can't be ruled out. Normal serum creatinine does not rule out right kidney problem because the left kidney can compensate so a simple blood test may miss it. Partial obstruction of the right kidney can cause polyuria (frequent voiding) and right flank pain. Ultrasound of the kidneys should be done.
