By those results it seemed you had a 24 hour urine collection besides the routine blood test. The creatinine clearance is much higher (better) than the GFR is probably due to overcollection. All numbers are fine but you probably concern with a high BUN. BUN result varies a lot, not a good marker for kidney function. It is high with steroid use, high protein intake or low volume when tested.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. The apparent high BUN may be due to dehydration, not kidney disease. Wish you good health!
