Frothy bubbles texture in urine when i pee even if im hydrated! also noticing my egfr levels decreasing but still in normal range. bun & creatinine levels. albumin is borderline should let i be worried about t kidney disease or kidney failure?

Bubbles and frothy appearance when urine hits the toilet is not abnormal and can depend on many things. But get it examined. If worried about EGFR pl see a nephrologist. Good luck.

Age72, serum creatinine 3.3, u-sound good apart from little cysts and stones. If he has kidney disease why are proteins/albumin absent in 24h urine?
